The Clinton Historical Society began publishing its newsletter “The Clinton Historian” in 1975 and has since published over 160 issues, all of which are in the Newsletter Archive. Publishing in-house evolved from the typewriter/mimeograph process in the early years, through “cut and paste” of word processor segments onto a master sheet for copying in black and white, and ultimately to today’s full-color publication. This last major step was accomplished by our dedicated newsletter team of volunteers all of whom have professional skills in graphic design, editing, and publication. We publish on a quarterly basis and all members receive a subscription.
